Every TuroVita piece is made by hand, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. If something isn't right, we'll take care of you.

Our handmade guarantee

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, or a fault appears through no fault of your own within 30 days of delivery, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Just email us a photo and your order number.

Repairs

Has a favorite piece seen some wear? We're happy to help with repairs beyond the guarantee period whenever we can — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible (repair and return shipping fees may apply).

What's covered

Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects
Wire wraps or settings that fail under normal wear within the guarantee period

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear over time
Accidental damage, drops, or breakage
Damage from water, chemicals, perfumes, or lotions
Loss or theft

Caring for your crystal jewelry

Crystals and wire-wrapped pieces are delicate. To keep yours beautiful: keep it away from water, perfume, and lotions; put your jewelry on last when getting ready; and store it somewhere safe and dry when you're not wearing it.
