We want you to absolutely love your piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

If you're not completely happy, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they're unworn and in their original condition.

Custom & made-to-order pieces

Because custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are created just for you, they aren't eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at turovita@gmail.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Changing or canceling an order

Since we begin handcrafting your piece soon after you order, please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel — we'll do our best to help before your piece is made.
