Welcome to TuroVita. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of turovita.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

TuroVita is a small, family-run studio based in Orange County, California, creating handmade crystal jewelry by hand. You can reach us any time at turovita@gmail.com.
2. Handmade, One-of-a-Kind Products
Every TuroVita piece is made by hand using natural crystals and stones. Because our jewelry is handcrafted and our materials come from nature, each item is unique — the exact color, shape, size, markings, and inclusions of the crystal you receive may vary slightly from the photos shown. These natural variations are part of the beauty of handmade crystal jewelry and are not considered defects.
3. Crystals & Metaphysical Disclaimer
Any information we share about crystals, stones, or their traditional or metaphysical “properties,” “energies,” or meanings is provided for general interest and enjoyment only. It is not medical, health, psychological, or professional advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition. Always consult a qualified professional for any medical or mental-health concern. Our jewelry is intended for personal enjoyment and adornment.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, but a binding contract is formed only once we accept and ship your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to product availability, an error in pricing or description, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your full payment-card details. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Many of our pieces are made to order or personalized to your specifications (such as stone, size, or wrapping). Because these items are created specifically for you, custom, personalized, and made-to-order orders are generally non-refundable except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as agreed. We will confirm the details with you before we begin.
7. Sizing
Rings and certain pieces can be made or adjusted to your size. Please provide accurate sizing information when you order. If you are unsure of your size, contact us and we will be glad to help.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Because each piece is handmade, orders are typically created and shipped within a few business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
9. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your piece. If you are not completely happy, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To start a return, email us at turovita@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
10. Care & Handling
Crystal and wire-wrapped jewelry is delicate. To keep your piece beautiful, avoid contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, and lotions, and store it safely when it is not being worn. Damage caused by normal wear, accidents, or improper care is not covered.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including our name, logo, photographs, text, and designs — belongs to TuroVita and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or images without our written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuroVita is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, California.
